The Henry County Sheriff's Office Foundation invites runners, walkers, families, and supporters of all ages to lace up for the Deputy Dash 5K, a dynamic community event that promotes fitness, fellowship, and public safety awareness. Taking place at the iconic EchoPark Speedway, this Peachtree Road Race qualifying run is more than a race—it’s a chance to run side-by-side with law enforcement, celebrate healthy living, and support programs that strengthen our neighborhoods.
With Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett leading the charge, your participation helps foster unity and continued investment in youth and public safety initiatives. Join us Saturday, October 11, 2025—check-in at 7:30 AM, race starts at 9:00 AM! Only $35 per person (includes t-shirt), and kids 11 and under run free.

On October 13, 2025, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the HCSO Foundation present Grits and Grace: What’s Going On? at Grace Baptist Church in Stockbridge, GA. Hosted by Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett and moderated by the legendary Monica Kaufman Pearson, this year’s fireside chat will feature an exclusive dialogue with the Honorable Judge Glenda Hatchett.
